Fundamentals in Innovation Management
This group includes topics which are the basis for whole-person management leadership and is composed of four sub-categories: 1. Understanding the World, History, and Human Existence, 2. Facing the Self and Others, 3. Envisioning and Validating a Business Scheme, and 4. Mobilizing People and Organization. Most of courses in this group are compulsory for all students.

Advanced Course in Innovation Management
This group is consisted of more advanced elective courses. We offer three tracks, 5. Global Management Transformation, 6. Sustainability & Social Innovation, and 7. Entrepreneurship and Tech Innovation, from which each student can choose courses in accordance with their interests.

Integrative Courses of Innovation Management
This group aims to offer students an opportunity to integrate various facets of innovation management. It includes two themes: 8. Roles and Responsibilities of a Management Leader, and 9. Beliefs and Character Required of a Management Leader. The courses are either compulsory, elective, or optional (students can choose in accordance with their interest, but it does not count towards graduation requirements).

Individual Project
The core of the 2nd year curriculum is 10. Individual Project. Each student develops a business proposal, putting themselves in the shoes of a management leader. This is compulsory for all students and runs throughout the 2nd year.
