研究分野は、グローバル化、デジタル化の影響を受けて変化する今日の組織における組織行動、人材マネジメント。Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology、Organization Studies, Journal of World Businessなど、世界的に有力な学術誌に研究論文を発表。また、Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of International Human Resource Management等でレビュアーを務める。研究と教育の傍ら、多国籍企業に対して人と組織の課題に関するコンサルティングを提供、また、スタートアップ企業2社の顧問を務める。前職では、中国の上海交通大学の安泰経済与管理学院にて助理教授、リクルートにてコンサルティングディレクター、主任研究員などを務めた。京都大学経済学部卒、London School of Economics and Political Scienceにて経営学修士(Distinction)、経営学博士号取得。
