「資本主義の未来」コースは、社会における企業の役割の進化を、世界的に著名なスピーカーとの対話を通じて、深く探求する革新的な学びの場です。パーパスドリブンな経営を探求し、地球と企業の関係性を再定義、現代の資本主義が直面する課題と可能性に正面から向き合い、従来の常識を超えた責任あるリーダーシップの新たな道筋を提示します。

 

各セッションでは、企業統治、ESG、人権、MBA教育の未来といった重要なテーマを、Kate Raworth、Paul Polman、Rebecca Henderson、Roman Krznaric など、第一線で活躍する識者とともに深く掘り下げます。参加者は、自らのリーダーシップの役割を内省し、企業が経済的に成功するだけでなく、社会と環境に積極的に貢献する世界を描き出します。

 

本コース修了時には、自身が持つべきパーパスを見つけ、持続的なインパクトを創出し急速に変化する世界でビジネスの未来を形作るための、実践的なツールと視点を獲得することができます。

 

「資本主義の未来」プロジェクト(FoC)は、2021年にIESEビジネススクール(スペイン)と大学院大学至善館(日本)が共同で立ち上げ、今日の資本主義が直面する課題と機会を探るグローバルなイニシアティブとして成長しました。初回プログラムは、Fundação Getulio Vargas(ブラジル)とSchool of Inspired Leadership(インド)との共同開催で行われ、その後、Saïd Business School(オックスフォード大学、英国)、Seoul National University(ソウル大学、韓国)、National University of Singapore(シンガポール国立大学)、IPADE Business School(メキシコ)など、世界20の著名なビジネススクールや大学とのネットワークに拡大しました。

 

世界20のビジネススクールのMBA学生とともに、非学位課程の学生も本コースを受講でき、条件を満たせば修了証明書を取得できます。
