
「Future of Capitalism(FoC)」コースは、社会・環境が大きく変化する現代において、ビジネスの役割がどのように再定義されつつあるのかを探究するプログラムです。世界的な思想家・実務家との対話を通じて、資本主義が直面する課題や可能性、そして責任あるリーダーシップの新しい形を深く掘り下げます。目的主導型の経営やビジネスと地球環境との関係など、従来の枠組みを超える視点から、多様なテーマにアプローチします。
今年度は、ポール・ポルマン氏(元ユニリーバCEO)、ジョン・エルキントン氏(サステナビリティ分野の先駆者)、ローマン・クリズナリック氏(『The Good Ancestor』著者)などが登壇します。各セッションでは、コーポレートガバナンス、ESG、人権、そしてMBA教育の未来など重要テーマを扱い、参加者自身のリーダーシップを内省し、社会と環境に貢献するビジネスの在り方を考えます。
本プログラムを通じて、参加者は持続可能で包摂的な未来を切り拓くための新たな視点や実践的ツールを身につけることができます。
Future of Capitalism(FoC)プロジェクトは、2021年に IESEビジネススクール(スペイン) と 至善館(日本) によって立ち上げられ、資本主義の再構築を目指す国際的な教育・研究ネットワークへと発展してきました。初年度のプログラムはブラジルのFundação Getulio Vargas、インドのSchool of Inspired Leadershipと共同で実施され、その後は英オックスフォード大学Saïd Business School、ソウル大学校(韓国)、シンガポール国立大学、メキシコのIPADEビジネススクールなど、20校以上のトップレベル校へと拡大しています。
2026年度は、世界中のMBA/EMBA在学生および卒業後間もない方を対象に一般募集を行います。参加者は世界20校以上のMBA学生と共に学び、所定の条件を満たした場合には修了証が授与されます。
