“Why MBA? Why Shizenkan?“
– for Digital and AI specialists –
Speaker: Prof. Nalin Advani, Vice President, Shizenkan University
Thursday, October 16th 19:00 – 20:00 (JST)
Those working in the IT industry, not limited to the engineers, often face challenges when starting the leadership roles, from overseeing a team of engineers to managing an entire organization. Many find themselves wondering:
“I am an engineer, but what skills do I need to move into a managerial position?” “How can I contribute to my organization and to society amid global transformation?”
Shizenkan’s MBA program addresses these questions by developing leaders who focus on both humanity and sociability. Shizenkan also clearly differentiates itself from graduate schools that aim to train specialists in functional areas, specializing in the development of executives and entrepreneurs.
This information session will highlight how the Shizenkan MBA program is ideal for those working in the IT industry, to lead business transformation and management restructuring, and to help discover the type of leader you aspire to become.
