On October 7, 2025, Shizenkan hosted on its campus a delegation of female leaders led by Ms. Carine de Meyere, founder of Women of the World. Adjunct Professor Yumiko Noda, Chairman and Director of Veolia Japan GK and Vice-Chairman of Keidanren, shared her leadership journey as an inspiring example of female success in Japan’s traditionally male-dominated business world. 

The group discussed the key ingredients behind Prof. Noda’s achievements, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing future generations of female leaders in Japan and around the world.
