Katsuhiko Yoshikawa, Vice President and Associate Professor at Shizenkan University, contributed to a newly published book, “Essentials of Job Attitudes and Other Workplace Psychological Constructs” (Routledge), edited by Valerie I. Sessa, Nathan A. Bowling. The book provides a review of key constructs of employee’s job-related attitudes and other psychological state, including their theoretical backgrounds, antecedents, and consequences. Dr. Yoshikawa co-authored Chapter 5. Organizational Identification with Chia-Huei Wu (University of Leeds), Hyun-Jung Lee (London School of Economics and Political Science), Hannah Weisman (London School of Economics and Political Science).
